LATTER & BLUM’S Career Development Training LATTER & BLUM is committed to the professional development of our new agents. Our Career Development Director has over 23 years of real estate experience. She has acted as a mentor for the past 13 years, guiding new agents through the latest ideas, market trends and technologies. This is best represented through our comprehensive “no cost”, in house training program. The course is a hands on introduction that gets you off to a FAST start in the day-to-day practical mechanics of finding prospects, closing sales, listing properties, and MAKING MONEY. All of our instructors are experienced in real estate sales; many were multi-million dollar producers themselves. Our training program is offered every month, (except December), for a three-week period and teaches the practical aspects of real estate sales. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. till 4:30 p.m. Topics covered are:
